We have long known that diet is related to mental and emotional states. Boy did we get tired of being called quacks for insisting that it was true.
Well once again the research is coming forward with the studies that “prove” what we have known. It is a good thing but please let it reinforce one very important thing.
You know what you know! Your experience and observations have given you information about life. Just because someone says that it is not proven yet does not invalidate your experience. We constantly ask for direction. That is what our intuition and common sense is. We get good information but often ignore it.
